About this Case:
The victim was operating a motor vehicle and was near the intersection of 30th and Lawrence Street when gunshots were fired by occupants within another vehicle that was travelling in the same area. Victim John Garcia was struck by the gunfire. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately died several hours later.
