About this Case:
On October 21, 2004, 35 year old Dwaine Hooten was leaving a bar with several other individuals when the group became involved in a verbal argument with some other males in an SUV type vehicle. A fight ensued and Dwaine was struck by one of the male suspects. He fell and struck his head and remained unconscious. The suspects then fled in the vehicle.
