On November 25, 1994, Harry Jukiewicz had just finished picking up his paycheck when he was headed home from work. His car was parked on Ulster Street, across from Wendy's fast food restaurant on East Colfax Avenue. Mr. Jukiewicz was brushing the snow off his car when he was approached by two men.
