About this Case:
On July 30, 1995, officers were called to the location of West 25th Avenue and Grove Street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, the victim, Anthony Luenkenga, was located and found to be suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died as a result of his injuries. During the course of the initial investigation, it was discovered that the shooting was precipitated by a traffic altercation.
