About this Case:
On May 21, 1992, 23 year old Carlos Luna was at his west Denver home located near the intersection of West 13th Avenue and Tennyson Street. On this date, a house party across the street from Carlos' house had become increasingly unruly. As a result of the loud noise, Carlos yelled for the occupants within the house to turn down the music. Shortly after, some unknown individuals from the party drove by Carlos' house and exchanged words with him. Later on, these same individuals drove by his residence a second time and shot Carlos from inside their vehicle.
