About this Case:
On the afternoon of August 15, 1980, Denver Police Officers responded to the North Platte River near East 48th Avenue on a report of a dead body. Upon arrival, officers observed the body lying on a sandbar in the North Platte River. After the autopsy was complete it was determined 32 year old Travis McGilvray died as a result of blunt force trauma to his head. Travis was a local business owner and operator of M & G Electronics.
