On the late evening of February 10, 1976, 37 year old Joseph Medina staggered into the Midtown Bar after he had been stabbed. The staff and patrons of the bar went to render aid to Joseph Medina and called for an ambulance. Joseph was immediately transported to a local hospital, but died shortly after arrival.
