About this Case:
Tito Montoya and other members of his family were home during the evening of January 15, 2002, when intruders forced their way into the residence. Once inside, the armed suspects not only shot and killed Tito Montoya, but wounded another occupant of the household. After the shooting, the suspects fled from the scene.
