About this Case:
Officers responded to the apartment building located near the intersection of Park Avenue West and Glenarm Street to conduct a welfare check after neighbors reported a suspicious odor within a particular apartment. During the initial scene investigation, responding officers found the victim, later identified as Francisco Morales-Perez, deceased inside his apartment. After an autopsy was completed, it was determined Francisco Morales-Perez died as a result of blunt force trauma.
