About this Case:
The victim, James Nunley, and his friend were standing outside of 3601 Kearney Street when several gunshots rang out. Just prior to the gunshots, Nunley's friend noticed an unknown male shooting at them from the sidewalk when Mr. Nunley was fatally struck by the gunfire.
