40 year old William Olivero grew up in Cuba and lived in both Florida and New York prior to moving to Denver. He was in the jewelry business and had an office on the 16th Street Mall in Denver. On August 10, 1983, Mr. Olivero left work and was found deceased later that evening inside his Brook Tower apartment. He had been beaten and strangled to death.
