About this Case:

The victim and a friend had just left a local pool hall that was situated in the small strip mall at West 51st Avenue and Federal Boulevard. While the victim and his friend were driving south bound they became involved in a confrontation with the occupant(s) from another vehicle. It was a this point that a shot was fired from the suspect vehicle into the victim's vehicle. The victim was stuck by the gun fire. Police and paramedics responded to the location where the victim's vehicle came to a stop. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital, but unfortunately did not survive from the injuries he sustained. The person(s) responsible for the death of Esteban Ramirez-Alvarez have yet to be identified. Anyone with information regarding this case, is asked to please contact the Denver Police Department.
