About this Case:
On April 16, 1980, 77 year old Avis King and her daughter, Pearl Ashworth, were found stabbed to death in their apartment located on the 1300 block of Pearl Street. Avis was completely blind, and her daughter, Pearl, was nearly blind. Pearl died at the scene as a result of her injuries.
